Terms & Conditions – Repair or Replacement Warranty Policy
At Green Windows, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer the following warranty on our UPVC window and door systems:
Warranty Coverage
Green Windows warrants to repair or replace (at its sole discretion and judgment), free of charge, in the event of a visible manufacturing defect in:
- Hardware – Covered for a period of Ten (10) Years from the date of material dispatch.
- uPVC Profile or Profile Part – Covered for a period of Twenty (20) Years from the date of material dispatch.
What is Covered
This warranty covers:
- Visible defects in uPVC profiles or profile parts caused due to manufacturing errors.
- Functional failure or visible defects in hardware components due to manufacturing issues.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused due to mishandling, improper installation (if not done by Green Windows), misuse, or natural calamities.
- Normal wear and tear, discoloration due to environmental exposure, or surface scratches.
- Third-party hardware or modifications made after installation.
- Glass breakage or seal failure unless specifically mentioned in a separate agreement.
Claim Procedure
To avail of the warranty:
- Submit a written complaint with proof of purchase and date of material dispatch.
- Allow a site inspection by our technical team to verify the defect.
- Upon validation, Green Windows will proceed with repair or replacement at its sole discretion.
General Terms
- This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.
- Green Windows reserves the right to improve or change product specifications and components, and any replacement may differ slightly from the original part.
- Decisions made by Green Windows regarding warranty claims shall be final and binding.
